- README: remove yarn instructions, update to npm only
- README: update release flow — remove manual step 5 (trigger release), document that merging the bump PR now auto-creates the GitHub Release
- README: add CodeQL and tests to PR trigger description
- bump-version.yml: fix comment and step name to reflect that tag push no longer triggers create-release.yml directly
