Summary

fix TestResourceContext resource scanning to load application.properties|yml|yaml and application-<profile>.* via classpath patterns
add tests for all application config formats, src/main/resources path handling, duplicate resource dedup, and filename extraction branches
bump project version to 0.2.3 in parent and module POMs
