What this is
Most coaching portfolios list capabilities. This one is structured around outcomes: each capability is tied to what changed for a real team or organization, with the reasoning behind the approach made explicit rather than left implicit.
The core line running through the site: "I never told them the answer, I just made it impossible to miss." Every section — the leadership outcomes, the career arc, the redBus and Seamless case studies — is evidence for that same coaching philosophy, not a disconnected list of skills.

Built on the same kraft/paper visual system as the companion Facilitation & Gamification Portfolio — cream backgrounds, sienna and moss-green accents — but structured as a denser, more analytical document, since this one is built for CXO and hiring-manager readers moving quickly through evidence rather than browsing techniques.

I'm a Senior Agile Coach (13 years, fintech/banking/telecom/e-commerce) based in Berlin.
