UIT's contract with Wasabi recently ended, so we need to delete the related documentation on the Globus side. I don't think we need to mention that the Collection's been deleted. As far as I can tell, nobody used the Stanford Wasabi Collection. So, no need to make a news post, or leave a "Wasabi no longer exists" message behind, like we did for Stanford Box.
We know that it works, so we might as well mention it here!

Since our Wasabi contract ended, we need to update the Cloud section of the site. This does that.
