Hi, I’m Taylor 👋

I run McGee Lab, a personal lab for open-source hardware, firmware, and tooling projects.

Most of what I build lives at the intersection of embedded systems, reliability, and real-world usefulness. My current main project is Sentinel, a DIY blood glucose monitor designed to show critical data clearly at a glance, without unnecessary complexity.

This work is personal, experimental, and openly shared so others can learn from it, build on it, or adapt it for their own needs.

Reaching this goal will help cover hardware and testing costs for open-source projects under McGee Lab, and allow me to spend more time improving reliability, documentation, and long-term support instead of rushing prototypes
