docs: add TweetClaw skill example

Summary:

• Rebased the existing TweetClaw example onto the simplified v2 README.
• Keep the example scoped to a real OpenClaw plugin install path for validating external installs, tool permissions, and private config handling.
• Fix the broken GitHub profile link in Credits while preserving the current guide layout.

Validation:

• git diff --cached --check during conflict resolution
• git diff --check after resolution
• Conflict marker and sensitive-value scan
• Confirmed Agent-Skills-Architecture-Guide-v2.pdf exists
• Checked README links: TweetClaw GitHub 200 and shane9coy GitHub profile 200
