linux-mainline-k1: move to v7.0, K1 series v8#626

Use the latest v8 version of the K1 patch series[1] providing SD card support, on top of the Linux v7.0 kernel. An additional patch was included by the submitter for adding pinctrl states in the mmc devicetree bindings, hence the extra patch carried here.
