Upgrade Go version from 1.18 to 1.25.5 (latest stable). Upgrade all Go dependencies to latest versions. Add mise configuration for automatic Go version management. Exclude generated client/ from staticcheck (deprecated APIs in go-openapi/swag used by generated code). Update shell completions files for bash and zsh.
