opena2a-cli 0.10.11

opena2a comply now flags bare provider API keys — Anthropic sk-ant-…, OpenAI sk-proj-…/legacy sk-…, OpenRouter sk-or-v1-… — sitting in tool output or a transcript, not just in key= assignments. Previously these scanned CLEAN (the gap found in the 0.10.10 release-test).

  • Bumps the @opena2a/aicomply engine 2.1.0 → 2.2.0.
  • Regression assertion added to release-smoke:comply so an engine downgrade can't silently re-break it.
  • Also carries the #219 review dominant-analyzer-floor fixes.

Published via npm Trusted Publishing (OIDC, SLSA v1). Detected values masked.
