Summary

Added a responsive navbar to the Weather Dashboard page.
This provides consistent navigation across the platform and improves usability.

Changes Made

• Integrated AgriTech logo image into navbar
• Added navigation links: Home, Dashboard, Advisories
• Styled navbar with sticky positioning and hover effects
• Implemented responsive layout with mobile-friendly dropdown
