hosted_engine_setup: add NVMe-oF/TCP storage domain support

Add DomainTypes.NVMEOF, NVMe-oF storage env vars and Ansible tags to constants.py. Implement NVMe-oF dialog queries and Ansible-driven namespace discovery in storage_domain.py.
