Added attributes to method calls (i.e. span attributes)

To use this release:

  1. Download the release tar file.
  2. In the New Relic Java Agent directory (directory containing newrelic.jar), create a directory named extensions if it does not already exist
  3. Extract the contents of the release tar file into the extensions directory
  4. Restart the application
