Village Voice Helpdesk is a CSP project built by our team to help village people report local problems easily using voice input and Telugu-to-English translation.
Many village residents face issues such as water problems, road damage, electricity issues, drainage problems, sanitation problems, and government scheme-related issues. But many people may not know how to write formal complaints or contact the correct Panchayat member.
This project provides a simple website where villagers can speak or type their problem, translate it into English, submit the complaint, and track its status.
The main objective of this project is to create a real digital complaint system for villages so that Panchayat members or village presidents can view, manage, and resolve public problems effectively.
