Feature - Mobile action buttons and refactor some screens

Hi, this PR is focused on the adaptation to mobile devices. This is a first step towards a complete adaptation to cell phones.

What's new:

• Action buttons to use on touch devices and refactor joystick store
• New list mode on rooms creation (Tables don't work fine with small screens)
• Whiteboard and Computer screens are now full size
• Fix z-index on some elements to prevent overlaps

First, I want to commend you on building such an innovative and engaging virtual office platform! The real-time interactions, proximity chat, and overall user experience are impressive and show a lot of thoughtful design and technical skill.

As I explored the project, I noticed that mobile browser support could be improved. Given how many users rely on mobile devices for remote work and collaboration, enhancing compatibility would make SkyOffice even more accessible and impactful.
