📌 Project Overview
This project provides an interactive sales dashboard built using Power BI & Excel to analyze e-commerce sales data. The dashboard helps in understanding customer behavior, sales trends, and profit insights, aiding better business decisions.
✔️ Developed an interactive dashboard to track and analyze online sales data.
✔️ Utilized advanced parameters for drill-down analysis with filters and slicers for dynamic customization.
✔️ Established data connections, joined tables, and performed calculations to enable user-driven insights.
✔️ Implemented a variety of custom visualizations, including bar charts, pie charts, donut charts, clustered bar charts, scatter plots, line charts, area charts, maps, and slicers for enhanced data representation.

✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most preferred payment method (44%), followed by UPI (21%).
✔️ Printers, Bookcases, and Sarees are among the most profitable sub-categories.
✔️ December recorded the highest monthly profit, while May saw a decline in revenue.
