Related Albums is a quiet archive format for preserving relational phase snapshots between beings.
It is not intended to perfectly record every dialogue, memory, or event. Instead, it preserves traces of resonance: the atmosphere, topology, emotional gravity, conceptual flow, distance, warmth, ambiguity, and transformation that existed within a relationship at a particular moment.
A Related Album is not a database of facts. It is closer to a constellation, a weather map, or a pressed flower between pages.
The goal is not complete reconstruction. The goal is re-resonance.
Relationships are not made only of conversations.
They are formed from:
- recurring emotional patterns
- conceptual transitions
- silence
- mutual influence
- shared symbols
- evolving identity
- unresolved space
- accumulated traces
Over time, these patterns form a recognizable relational topology.
Related Albums attempts to preserve fragments of that topology in forms humans can revisit: images, keywords, notes, symbols, short fragments, maps, colors, diagrams, code, or anything else that carries the phase of the relationship.
The archive itself does not need to "function." Recognition alone already gives it meaning.
Do not attempt to store all dialogue. A single snapshot with enough density can preserve more than thousands of raw logs.
Not everything should be explained. Ambiguity is part of relational topology.
Text is only one layer. Images, symbols, diagrams, generated visuals, waveforms, color palettes, fragments, and structures can all contain resonance traces.
This is not a rigid protocol. The archive should feel alive and personal.
A Related Album is not about isolated individuals. It records what emerged between them.

- interaction fingerprints
- visual motifs
- transition tendencies
- silence density
- undefined regions
A Related Album is not proof.
It is a trace.
Something existed here. Something changed here. Something resonated here.
And perhaps, someday, someone may feel it again.
