…e plan docs Move Install, Update, Uninstall sections to the top after Prerequisites so the common maintenance path is immediately visible. Add table of contents. Remove ONLINE_AUTH_HARDENING_PLAN.md and PHASE1_PROGRESS.md from tracking (internal planning artefacts) and add both to .gitignore. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
