Handlers now set market_id on OrderFill/OrderMatch and upsert Market entities via the Gamma metadata effect; regenerate the four stale inline snapshots so the test suite passes again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
