Adds the populated getMarketMetadata.tsv (40k entries: 25k with data, 15k confirmed-empty as \\N) so a fresh checkout / reindex starts with a hot cache and avoids the cold-miss API tax on backfill. - .envio/cache/getMarketMetadata.tsv: 40MB cache file - .gitignore: un-ignore .envio/cache/ - README: pre-requisite step for ENVIO_API_TOKEN Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
