Performance

• Lighthouse audit and optimization pass (compressed CSS, non-render-blocking fonts, single GIF fetch, viewport fix)
• Compress/resize avatar GIF — currently 3.5 MB, biggest remaining LCP bottleneck
• Lazy-load images on post pages
• Self-host Fira Code font (eliminate Google Fonts round-trips)
