Dear @chhylp123 @lh3 @molecules ,
Thank you for developing and maintaining hifiasm.
I would like to ask a question about the -l0 option when using Hi-C phasing information.
If I run hifiasm with --h1 and --h2, would adding or omitting -l0 affect the resulting primary contig assembly (p_ctg.fasta)?
In other words, when --h1 and --h2 are provided, does -l0 only affect the haplotype-resolved outputs, or can it also change the primary contig output?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
