Local Setup

# Clone your fork
git clone https://github.com/your-username/RCT-Reviewer.git
cd RCT-Reviewer

# Create virtual environment
python3.12 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate # or .venv\Scripts\activate on Windows

# Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# Download NLP model
python -m spacy download en_core_web_sm

# Pull model weights (only needed for app.py / app1.py)
git lfs pull

📁 Project Structure

Please try to maintain the existing project structure:

  • rct_reviewer/: Main application code (UI, processing logic).
  • data/: Model weights (handled by Git LFS).
  • tests/: Unit tests.

Please make sure you do not commit model data files in pull requests!

Thank you again for your contribution! ❤️
