Plot MCC-F1 curve

Added function to plot the MCC-F1 curve, in addition to the computation of the curve points.
The calculation of the MCC-F1 metric is still to be implemented.

Fix project descriptions

Fixed a few syntax highlighting issues when rendering the project description (README.md) on PyPI.
