This is the public, non-reproducible stub release of the Universal Coherence Law
analysis pipeline associated with:
"A Universal Coherence Law: Frequency–Information Scaling Across Biological,
Quantum, Gravitational, Condensed-Matter, and Helioseismic Systems"

- Paper PDFs and SI placeholders
- Structural stubs of all analysis modules
- CITATION.cff for referencing
- Restrictive license reserving all rights
- Repository layout showing the actual pipeline architecture
This release does NOT contain:
- Full Python implementations
- Data, integration windows, or FITS products
- Random seeds, configs, and environment locks
- Reproducible results
Purpose:
- To establish scientific priority
- To provide a stable citation target
- To allow journal editors/reviewers exclusive access to the full pipeline
Full reproducible code and data will be released after peer review and acceptance.
