What's new in v1.1.0
- Exit-kiosk button — a small eject button (top-right of the input area) toggles Lock Task / kiosk mode on and off, so Home, Recents, and gesture-nav can be re-enabled to leave or move the app, then re-pinned.
- Top drag handle — a thin handle glued to the top edge of the window, so it can be dragged from above as well as from the bottom bar.
- Cursor-move sync (Gboard → Windows) — moving the cursor in Gboard (the editing-panel arrows, the jump-to-start/end buttons, and the swipe-the-spacebar-to-move-cursor gesture) now moves the Windows caret in lockstep.
- Cursor-position read (Windows → Gboard) — clicking to reposition the caret in more apps (rich-text / framework editors, not just classic Win32 fields) now syncs back to Gboard.
Also includes the earlier fixes: re-sync on Enter / click-back-into-field, the black-bar removal, and the reliable Quit shortcut.
Install
Download Setup.exe below and run it — it's fully self-contained. SmartScreen will warn on first run (self-signed cert); click More info → Run anyway.
