This PR contains changes for for v0.8.1 of the app.

• Allow empty keywords for certain apps to work.
• Fix logs even if local route is used, its logged as casting
• Hide app UI before granting permission, (users gets confused)
• Miui phones alone, show extra button to grant auto start permission
