• Requirements / V&V capability cataloged. doc-testplan-generator — a requirements-management + test-plan + traceability platform (extract requirements from PDF/DOCX, requirement↔test-case linking, coverage/gap analysis, change-history audit trail, compliance mapping for ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 / FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 6 export formats) — is now a catalog entry. It ships a stdio MCP (generate_requirements, generate_testplan, export_traceability) that drafts requirements from the design artifacts the rest of the suite produces. Listed as status: private with a manual install method (proprietary; its MCP is a thin client of a FastAPI backend that must be running — install notes document the bootstrap).
• New requirements category and requirements workflow bundle (doc-testplan-generator + mcp-emc-regulations + mcp-pcb-emcopilot) — regulatory limits and PCB-review findings flowing into a requirements spec.
