PersonaQuanta is a Pilot Blueprint Pack for an entertainment-first “economic persona” experience: users answer a short questionnaire and receive explainable indices with uncertainty ranges, confidence (CONF), and a safe what-if loop.
This project is positioned as a methodology + blueprint (not a production software delivery).

- scoring + range construction rules
- confidence logic (CONF) tied to input completeness/quality
- explainable “top drivers” library
- what-if flow specification
- pilot measurement plan (drop-off / completion / time-to-first-value)
This repo does not provide:
- production software
- integration into client systems
- hosting / SLA
PersonaQuanta is an informational self-model based on user-provided inputs. Outputs are directional and uncertainty-aware. It is not an underwriting, eligibility, pricing, or credit decision engine and must not be used as the sole basis for such decisions.
