Closing: mimir is a Rust project — the PR Pilot workflow (pip install -e .) has no pyproject.toml to install. The correct CI is cargo test. |

Adds the PR Pilot 5-agent autonomous review pipeline to this repo. Every PR gets reviewed by Reviewer → Fixer → Tester → Verifier → Escalator. Uses GEMINI_API_KEY from repo secrets.
