Hello everyone! It is me, Martin Eesmaa! :)

Version 1.0.1 is here with fixes and improvements.

Reminder before you play the game:

If you're using an Apple Silicon device with native processors (arm64), choose x86_64 game (not x86) and then you can run via Rosetta 2.
If you're using Windows 98 or Windows ME, you need to first install Unicows and KernelEx to run the game and download the legacy build please.

What's new:

  • Added Windows & Macintosh desktop icons
  • New Mac OS X 10.4 PowerPC version of Helga's Cheese Festival (patched on renpy-ppc and forced software renderer on)
  • Implemented detection of movie cutscenes for operating system platforms
  • Optimized Theora with Vorbis video files by using FFmpeg & optivorbis.
  • Re-encoded the original to a playable fix for Android cutscene files of video H.264, but the original audio is kept.
  • Documentation file extensions have marked additional Markdown and LICENSE on the Macintosh app.
  • Reduced the little unused assets of PC platforms, Android and Web.

Fixes & miscellaneous:

  • Fixed Ren'Py latest version bug issue
  • Removed the unwanted variable flag of persistent, which has the same effect in both endings.
  • Changed from fade to dissolve to fix Ren'Py 7 and later versions
  • Fix misspelled name from Hegla to Helga in one line only on script.rpy.
  • Update instructions & others in README

Update of 25.07.2025: New legacy iOS build can run up to iOS version 4.3 and later to run the game. Built on Xcode 6.1.1 from Mac OS X 10.9 without code signed.

Please note this IPA file is unsigned and you need to sideload by two ways of non-jailbroken (AltStore or others, tested to sideload on PC works, but sideloading on mobile crashes and jailbroken devices can sideload on mobile using AppSync Unified and Filza. Normally, Apple allows signed IPA files on Apple mobile devices due to security reason and needs be paid developer certificate account.

Update of 12.08.2025: Fixed legacy iOS build with now ad-hoc code signed IPA file. Now you can sideload on Altstore app on non-jailbroken devices and also jailbroken devices is now working with ad-hoc code signed.
