A repository for structured Islamic content across peripheral, island, and coastal-edge language channels
Official source stack
IslamHouse • QuranEnc • HadeethEnc
Built for developers and teams that need dependable Islamic source access across language communities at the geographic and demographic edges of the global Muslim presence.
This repository groups five distinct language channels into one structured access layer:
- Igbo
- NKo
- Maori
- Malagasy
- Mauritian Creole
These are not the largest Islamic language markets.
They are underserved ones — and that is precisely why this repository exists.
Most Islamic content infrastructure is built for the center: Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, Indonesian.
This repository builds for the edge.
It targets language communities where Islamic digital content is sparse, access infrastructure is thin, and structured source access has real development value.
Its purpose is to give these languages a cleaner layer for:
- discovery and indexing
- structured Islamic content access
- multilingual publishing workflows
- localization and deployment
- educational product building
- targeted repository segmentation
The logic here is not geographic continuity.
It is shared development priority.
Igbo and NKo serve West African communities where Islam has meaningful presence but digital Islamic content remains limited. Malagasy serves Madagascar's Muslim population. Mauritian Creole serves the Mauritian Muslim community. Maori is included as an emerging frontier for Islamic outreach in New Zealand.
What connects them is access scarcity — and the value of closing that gap.

This repository is built around the following language codes:
ig— Igbonqo— NKomi— Maorimg— Malagasymfe— Mauritian Creole
This repository does not pretend these languages share a geography.
It is honest about what connects them: underrepresentation in Islamic digital infrastructure and the practical value of structured access at the edges of global Muslim communities.
That is a valid and important organizing principle.
