Replace the generic Turborepo starter template README with a comprehensive project README that actually describes EVMcrispr.
The root README.md was still the default Turborepo boilerplate — it referenced non-existent docs and web apps, a repo/ui package, and included npx create-turbo instructions. The project deserved a better README that reflects what EVMcrispr actually is and how to work with it ❤️ .
