E-Commerce Sales & Delivery Intelligence Dashboard

📌 Project Overview

This project features an interactive Microsoft Excel dashboard designed to analyze and track key e-commerce sales and delivery metrics. Developed as part of the Data Analytics coursework at Career24/7, this project demonstrates data cleaning, processing, and visualization skills to derive actionable business intelligence.

🎯 Key Objectives

• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor total revenue across various regions (North, South, East, West, Central) and product categories (Toys, Home, Fashion, Electronics, Books).
• Delivery Analytics: Analyze delivery statuses (Delivered, In Transit, Cancelled), fast delivery percentages, and average delivery days by region.
• Payment & Product Insights: Track top-performing products and sales distribution by different payment methods.

🛠️ Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Excel: Data Cleaning, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Creation (Pivot Tables, Slicers, Charts).

📊 Dashboard Features

• Interactive Slicers: Filter data dynamically by Delivery Status, Payment Method, and Region.
• KPI Cards: Quick snapshot of crucial metrics including Total Revenue ($35,258), % Fast Deliveries (76%), Top Product (Smartphone), and Top 3 Regions.
• Dynamic Charts:
  • Horizontal Bar Chart showing Revenue by Region and Category.
  • Pie Chart showing the proportion of Orders by Delivery Status.
  • Column Chart showing Average Delivery Days per Region.

🚀 How to Use

1. Download the AnirudhMukundKumar-Workforce & Sales Intelligence Dashboard-project(1).xlsx file.
2. Open the file using Microsoft Excel (version 2016 or newer recommended).
3. Navigate to the Dashboard sheet.
4. Use the slicers provided on the left panel to filter the views and interact with the data.
