There seem to have been failures to clean up a city which expired or was manually removed. It's unclear what the issue was, but Nova College is the one we need to investigate within the database to try and fix it.

The Nova Collage spaceport is still in the game (from space) I landed on it and then left and it was gone.
There is no way of reentering (no building) and getting back my ship from the ground.
