App folders still darken the screen

Describe the bug
When opening a folder in the application overview, the whole overview is darkened just as it would in default Gnome. This makes the Top Panel stand out because the blur is still applied to it.

Expected behavior
Opening the folder either doesn't darken the overview or the panel gets darkened as well.

Configuration:

• GNOME Shell version 3.38.1
• Fedora 33 Beta
• Wayland
• Transparent Shell extension for transparent panel
