Lately, I’ve been having trouble opening UGS; it simply won't launch. To get it working, I have to go to C:\Users\TeXall\AppData\Roaming and delete the ugsplatform folder and extract everything again. This fixes the issue, but it eventually comes back. It’s worth noting that this happened with version 22 as well as the current version, 23. If I click either of the two options, the program doesn't open.
I also wanted to know if there is a way to configure the controls to move path or editor pieces with millimeter precision using the arrows of the keyboard.
I also asked if, in your spare time, it might be possible to set up certain macros to run automatically after a cut finishes—or at least to enable an option for the machine to automatically return to its starting point and emit a sound to signal completion, as some software programs do, I know you work on improving it in your spare time and I appreciate it, but I really like UGS; for me, it has great potential in terms of ease of use.
Another issue is that the tools for switchin
g options require you to click them, which is very annoying if you have them carefully positioned or aligned, as they tend to shift out of place. I think this could be fixed by simply adding a downward arrow—like a combo box—and regarding Paths, you should add an option to lock their position so they don't move.
