Validate HTTP/HTTPS ports

Need to write a test to validate ports 80 and 443 are not blocked by firewall so that Controller, Hub, EDA UIs and APIs are accessible.

This one will not be all encompassing as it is impossible to test port connectivity from hosts that are not in the inventory. But it could help to give an idea if there may be a firewall if any of the servers in inventory are outside of the subnet from Controllers, hubs, EDA, etc.
