Libretro Request:Option to change the screen rotation.

Hi.
Some Arduboy games are designed for a tall screen orientation.
For example, https://github.com/Press-Play-On-Tape/1nvader.

On mobile devices, you can simply change how you hold it, but that's not feasible on desktop machines.
Rotatable displays exist, but they are not common.

I thought it would be convenient to have an option to change the screen rotation.
I would appreciate your consideration of this.

This is possible (already supported by the Ardens debugger and player) but I need to learn more about libretro API and see how this would work as it'd change the display resolution. This also seems like something the frontend could potentially support independently.

I'll proceed assuming RetroArch (Windows version).
I think it's likely the same on other platforms as well.

Currently, while the Ardens core is running, you can change the screen rotation by modifying the following setting:
While the core is running, press the menu button to access the quick menu.
Pressing the cancel button will return to the main menu.
Settings->Video->Output->Screen Orientation
Note that since this is a RetroArch-wide setting, changing it before launching the Ardens core will rotate the entire UI.
Changing it while the Ardens core is running seems to rotate only the Ardens core.
However, this method requires navigating through multiple menu levels to change, which is inconvenient.
If all Arduboy games were designed for portrait mode, this probably wouldn't be an issue.

Additionally, RetroArch has a setting to allow or deny screen rotation requested by the core.
Settings->Core->Allow Rotation
RetroArch's design philosophy seems to leave screen rotation control to the core.
There might be a screen rotation control feature in the Libretro API.
