Renumber folders to remove 06/07 duplicates, add cross-repo positioning table

- Knowledge Base moved to 08-11, execution folders to 12-13
- Campaign Toolbox keeps 00-07 (retention-strategy, experiment-design unchanged)
- All internal links updated, duplicate content-agent row removed in EN table
- Add repo ecosystem table (VI/EN), changelog 0.6.0
