GM document title visible without login

Describe the bug

The titles of GM documents are visible without logging in. While documents do need login, the titles can sometimes also be quite descriptive. I think it's best to hide the documents.

How to reproduce

1. Dont be logged in
2. Go to the association/documents page
3. See the document titles

No documents
