Register button is not present, but text does say I should be able to register.

Describe the bug

When going on an event I can register for on staging (https://staging.thalia.nu/events/future-event-2025/) the register button is not present.

There is a text saying "You can register now. Cancellation is not allowed anymore without having to pay the full costs of €5.00. You will also not be able to re-register.", so I do really expect the register button to be present.

How to reproduce

1. Go an event as a user with expired memberschip which has open registration

This also happens if you are not logged in, but this still should have the same message as you mentioned, something along the lines of "you can't register".

It also holds for every time someone is not allowed at said event. So it says you can register, or you can optionally register even when you are banned or not a member anymore. But still only relevant for old members or members with a ban, which is a small part of the user base. It also says it to not logged in people in the case of optional registrations, but adding the login button back will already make this a lot clearer.
