Remove AM32 functionality

Since there will be a separate configurator.

• Close AM32 related issues, redirect users to new config
• Remove AM32 support paragraph from main page
• Remove AM32 source
• Remove AM32 related translations
• Remove 32 Bit flash functionality (?)

#551 - AM32 still wants to use esc-configurator for updating melodies. So instead of removing all the functinality, the plan is to remove all the settings. So display a warning in the left box redirecting the users to their configurator and stating that only melodies can be updated at this point.

So the Updated TODO:

• Re-word AM32 support paragraph on the main page, that only melody updates are supported
• Display Warning in Settings section that flashing and adjusting settings is only possible through their configurator
• Fix Saving melody with am32 esc overwrites some settings #551 by passing through all settings without any checks
• Check: I think we can leave the 32 Bit functionality for other firmwares like Feature/gil32 #531 for example
• Close AM32 related issues, redirect users to new config
