[Discussion] MDX support in notion-to-md v4

After sharing the updates for the upcoming v4 release, a suggestion came up about adding support for MDX conversion. This aligns well with the direction of the update, which extends the library's capabilities beyond markdown, giving users more control over rendering and the final output.

Supporting MDX might simply require a dedicated notion-to-md plugin, but I’d love to gather more insights and ideas on this as it feels it's going to be a lot more challenging. If you have thoughts or suggestions about how this could work, feel free to share. Your input is greatly appreciated!
