Wrong matching between data and schema

Dear folktable authors,

thank you for making this dataset accessible to everyone. While examining the ACS dataset values, we identified a mismatch that we want to bring to your attention. Upon comparing the data with the schema at this link, page 102, we noticed that the value "456" appears frequently in the "POBP" (Place of Birth) column. However, the schema does not list it as a valid option for place of birth.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could address this issue. Thank you

This could be a mistake by the Census bureau. The folktable tool can only download what the Census bureau provides. Folktables is a tool to download the data but does not manage the data itself. It is also important to make sure that the year of the schema and of the data matches. Different years can have different incompatible schema's.
