LUD-18 is an extension to LNURL that let's the payer identify themselves to the payee.
You can provide a name, email, identifier (Lightning Address) and auth.
The most common and useful ones are name and identifier.
We should support LUD-18 for both receiving and sending;
This would let us know who's paying to a Noah Lightning Address,.
It also let's use provide the Noah Lightning address when paying a LUD-18-compatible LNURL server.
Pending for arkoor subscription support for us to aspd, this would also be useful for Noah->Noah payments, as we can display the Noah payer in a push notification for the payment.
