Add security & encryption architecture documentation

Documents the end-to-end encryption model with ASCII diagrams:
- Key hierarchy (master secret → content keys → DEKs → content)
- Key state after authentication
- Session sync flow
- Future sharing with friends
- Security properties and compromise scenarios
