What about a distinction between beer yeast, bacteria, brettanomyces?

I know you have a strain field but the ability to lookup on type of yeast might be helpful.

I think the LookupYeastStrain table should be able to cover this. I had envisioned adding things like brettanomyces, which is a form of yeast, to this lookup table, allowing further information on each strain to be added to the main Yeast table.

I hadn't specifically thought to add other infection associated bacteria, like Lactobacillus, but it could be an open discussion. What do you think @sboulema ?
