  - solve initial problems with the core team of experts and consultants and replicate
  - Early expansions should focus on hiring hyper-intelligent individuals where possible:
    - start with the smartest group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, ie. Mensa
	- pick a wide variety of backgrounds to give a broader spectrum of problem solving strategies
	- teach them the basics and have them figure out better ways and share their findings
	- confident enough to think they can solve the problem
	- smart enough to actually solve the problem

At the end of the day, this was designed by a software developer trained to solve ridiculuous problems effectively, efficiently and scalably. And who happens to be a gardening and climate nerd. I want all the thought patterns on this weilded by the strongest minds. I want this optimized by the best.
