FlixBus: Reroute missing shapes

I would like to have the missing shapes of FlixBus to become routed, but i dont know how to configure that.

The attribute is drop_shapes. Then all shapes will be routed (not only missing).

I would like to set this to true by default, see #2070 :)

The recent change #2203 helped, but is not perfekt.

It can't really have helped because the flag is actually drop-shapes and not drop_shapes... So I'll try again next Sunday (or on another day where there are no important timetable updates)

I forgot that this will only be applied when the feed is updated by the provider. This might happen tonight so let's see what happens tomorrow...
