upgrade to hafas-client@6 to support the latest API changes

Apparently, the underlying API has changed so that a hci parameter is required. Is there any chance of an update?

@cyberhungus The current version nahsh-hafas@5 still uses hafas-client@5, which has been outdated and deprecated for a long time. The latest hafas-client@6 has an up-to-date Nah.SH profile that still works.

You're very welcome to submit a PR that

• updates to hafas-client@6;
• adapts example.js and the example in the readme to an up-to-date example response;
• while you're at it, consider switching index.js, example.js and the readme example to ECMAScript Modules (ESM) if you know how, otherwise just skip that step.
